Help Dolphins Today

Each year, it takes approximately $1 million to fund the Sarasota Dolphin Research Program. Each gift helps to ensure that we can continue to learn about and help some of the world’s most fascinating creatures. You can help ensure the future of this important and unparalleled wild dolphin research by making a gift today.

Since 1989, the Chicago Zoological Society (CZS) has operated the Sarasota Dolphin Research Program (SDRP). The CZS mission is to inspire conservation leadership by engaging people and communities with wildlife and nature. CZS, which also operates the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, Illinois, is an international leader in wild dolphin conservation and accepts tax-deductible contributions that are applied directly to the SDRP’s research and conservation activities.

To make a contribution to the Chicago Zoological Society’s Sarasota Dolphin Research Program, visit CZS online now or contact: Melissa Obrock, Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at 708.688.8394 or Melissa.Obrock@CZS.org.

The Dolphin Biology Research Institute (DBRI) — doing business as the Sarasota Dolphin Research Program — is a nonprofit organization based in Sarasota, Florida, established in 1982 to provide local support to the SDRP. View our Giving Partner Profile with the Community Foundation of Sarasota County
